The perfect massage for overall relaxation. I create a safe space where you are encouraged to share exactly what you need. Treatments will start with some gentle breathing techniques to help you drop into relaxation and presence. The massage treatment will then focus on gentle, flowing strokes, designed not only to release pain and tension in the body but also to help ease the mind and soothe the nervous system.

Holistic Massage
Deep Tissue Massage
A treatment designed to go a little deeper. You might come to me with a specific pain that needs working out, or needing to really open up long-standing aches and stresses of body or mind. I use a range of Deep Tissue massage techniques to target problem areas, working deeply into areas of pain, while still framing the whole session in the deep care and listening so that you come out feeling refreshed and renewed.

Seeds of Change Massage
A deeper dive into your overall journey of balance and healing. This session starts with a longer consultation where we will discuss areas in your life you feel stuck or blocked - whether mental, physical or spiritual. I will share practices that I use that might work for you - these can include breathwork, meditation, nervous system regulation, sleep tips, and more. Often we will then try some short practices together in our session.
After this, we will move to your desired massage, allowing you to release and rejuvenate while grounding the practices that we have worked on together. After the treatment we can discuss the impact of the work, and I am always happy to send more information across after our treatment ends.
My goal is that you leave with several ‘seeds’ to take home. Not all of these seeds may grow for you, but with the right care and attention I truly believe some will bring more peace in your day-to-day life, as they have for me.
