Seeds of Change
Welcome to my blog. I intend to share daily practices, transformational experiences and general thoughts that have been important on my journey and may be useful on yours. I would also love for this to be a place of discussion and collaboration so that I can learn from other people’s experiences too - so please don’t be shy to add comments onto the posts.
I am aiming to post once a month, and topics will include breathwork (both functional and transformational), meditation, movement, creativity, sleep, diet, nervous system regulation, journalling, prayer, nature connection and plant medicines.
With love, Martin.
